I have a 40 foot 1978 INTERNATIONAL BUS for sale by private seller. Options include Options include sleeps 4, TV, VCR, DVD Player, This thing is a school bus that we converted to a livable RV. Large storage area in the back for gear with heavy-duty shelves. Toilet in the rear, accessible by either the rear outside door or an inside door that leads to the kitchen area. KITCHEN: Several latching cabinets, Large sized mini refrig. DINING AREA: Long kitchen table sits atop a removable post so that when not in use, frees up more space to move about the bus. Built-in benches seat 6 comfortably. Benches are equipped w/fixed drink holders for bumps in the road. Benches also open for more storage & double as single beds long enough for 2, 6’+ tall people to sleep. OPEN-STYLE LIVING AREA: Designed for stretching out, lounging, watching wall-mounted TV, etc. On the left side of this area is a side door that locks. Above the door along the length of the ceiling is a very large cargo net storage area. Entire bus has long Velcro-removable curtains that can attach above the windows in sections to close off & give privacy to any one of the areas. Large box-style bench seats (w/built-in storage & fixed cup-holders) are directly behind the driver area. 1st bench houses the RV's electrical panel, power inverter, & an A/C unit that faces back toward the living space. 2nd bench houses entertainment system: DVD/Stereo/Game. Also houses leaf that connects the 2 front box benches: single bed. Plenty of extra room for pullout mattress pads or air mattresses. FRONT OF BUS: Main entry area/drivers cab-fully carpeted w/fake grass turf. Serves as catchall doormat before entering living quarters (& it looks pretty cool too.) This area is pretty open as well with plenty of room for a navigator to hang out with the driver. All of the original dome light, blower fans, and outer trim lighting switches are fully operational. ENGINE: Installed high-flow electric fuel pump on a switch for max. performance. Also eliminates vapor lock on the long fuel lines in high temps. Driven through the desert and it passed the test. Runs & drives well!, and more! I am located in the KENMORE, WA area. I am asking $4,000.
