I have a 27 foot 1995 DUTCHMEN M-27C for sale by private seller. Options include Options include sleeps 9, shower, This motor home has been rebuilt from the frame up with the exception of the side walls. All the rebuilding was done by a professional shop, and I have photos and documentation of the rebuild available. The entire roof, rear wall, and the entire overhead had been replaced. The interior ceiling is all new, and the motor home has never been traveled in since it was replaced. I have replaced the awning with a new one. The sewer piping and valves have all been replaced. This coach is equipped with one AC unit and a generator. I have eliminated the front window that is normally in the bed over the cab, as well as the ladder to the roof on the advice of the re-builders. All the tires are new, including the spare with less than 1500 miles on them. There are full wheel covers as well. This model has two rear bunks, sleeping quarters above the cab, a pull out couch and dinette sleeper. The shower area is separate from the toilet area. The coach is cable ready. There are two accordion doors that separate the bathroom the bedroom and the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a new two way refrigerator with freezer, a gas stove and oven, microwave and double sink. There is nothing to be done to this motorhome., and more! I am located in the MONSON, MA area. I am asking $24,900.
