In order to be eligible to request your refund, you must provide at least one photo of your vehicle within the first 14 calendar days of placing it. Why do we require this? We have found that listings with photos receive 200-300% more response than those without. Read the Policy Terms for more detail. If You Choose Not to Request a Refund, Your ad Runs Until It sells for No Additional Cost. If you are not satisfied with our service after 60 days, and have provided us with at least one photo, simply notarize and mail the refund request form back to us within 10 calendar days.
